At Turning Point HR I am responsible for the whole process from proposal to service delivery. I work closely with our clients to ensure their requirements are met, providing them with the detailed information needed for their projects. Whether it is ad hoc benchmarking to a full reward review, we can help.
I deliver training on writing job descriptions and job evaluation. As a Senior member of the team, I am involved in decisions on planning resources, new software releases, marketing and business development and process mapping. I have selected and developed our project management software that allows us to schedule our work and the resources needed to complete each project on time.
Quintessentially Quantocks was founded by Matt and Joanne Roadnight in September 2018. They had recently returned from Portugal, having lived there for nearly 11 years. Matt had been providing the expat community with lovely home made sausages, bacon, gammon steaks and hams for several years supplying the British Ambassador and embassy staff in Lisbon, with clients along the coast all the way into the mountains of the interior. They cooked them at local markets, music festivals, personal parties and even catered at the Queens Birthday Garden Party in the Ambassadors gardens for many years.
From small beginnings in a little village in central Portugal, to big events at the British Ambassadors garden party, our story now moves back to the UK, watch how we progress, hope you enjoy them!
